To prevent drug consumption in party venues and lower the associated risks, the members of the ‘Fêtez Clairs’ project are the Paris Town Hall and Prefecture. Its purpose is to integrate the promotion of health and management of risky behaviours in party practices in Paris. ‘The ‘Healthy Nightlife Toolbox’ (HNT) is an international initiative focused on lowering the damage of alcohol and drug consumption among youths.’
