RdRcannabis, the project for responsible cannabis consumption

The website provides information and advice on responsible cannabis consumption and health.

RdRcannabis is a project of the Catalan Government’s Public Health Agency of Catalonia coordinated by the Deputy Directorate General of Drug Dependency to provide information on lowering risks in cannabis consumption and promoting reflection on one's own consumption so that it is as respectful and harmless as possible.

The website was launched in 2020 based on training (2016) on cannabis and health and targeted representatives of cannabis associations. The contents, designs and participation strategies were conducted by a team comprised of people directly related to cannabis clubs or associations —the recipients of this activity— and also incorporated the perspective of different health professionals with experience in the field.

The website is promoted by organisations that work in the spheres of prevention (Episteme) and communication (WINC). Its social media are geared to fostering interaction with the audience who is the target of the activity.
